Well, I think I’m done tinkering with this illustration for now… (Not 100% happy with it, but I’ll have to go back to it later.)
Thanks to everyone who gave input on the color studies! I did consider/use everyone’s comments!
Color exploration for a new illustration. I easily could have done 10 more but I think I found the color scheme I like…. (also, that’s a sliding patio door frame not a stripper pole that it may look like.)
Anyone have a fav?
p.s. I love you.
Let’s go sledding!
Winter training can be very fun.
So I’ve started putting some of my artwork from last year (including these lovely owls) up on my Society6 as I don’t know when I’ll get my Etsy up and running again. Blahhh….
BUT now you can get $5 OFF your order until Sunday if you use THIS LINK! Check em out!

Foxy Fall!
I decided to do a more polished version of Ordinary Batman in a sweater. And, now you can get him on a hoodie too! Not quite the awesome sweater we’d all love to have, but it gets ya kinda close. Check them out here. Also, it’s FREE SHIPPING until Sunday!
Happy 25th GIF!
This gif was made for the Daily Dot and their amazing tribute to the GIF. Check out all the other awesome GIFs and read the article here!
Ah, these revisions are so much better. Up on my Society6 along with all the other Avengers!
STILL not happy with all of these, but wanted to post them together as a set. Back to the drawing board on a couple of these… sorry Hawkeye and Thor. All up on my Society6 for the time being.
My first Korra fan art! I think I only ever did one Avatar: TLA fan art piece… which hopefully no one sees on my old DeviantArt account… But I’m a professional artist now and not in college so there’s kind of more time?
Enjoy!
Another oldie. This was my first ever serious attempt at painting with acrylics back in High School. Pretty decent for the first attempt right? Of course I had an awesome teacher, Mr. Bliss. :)
I’m going to say this is 2004 or 2005. I don’t think I’ve painted as nice as I did in High School. Maybe I had more patience then?
So one of the things that have kept me busy this month is finally getting around to polishing some character designs that have been stuck in my sketchbook.
Here’s Yeh-Shen from the story “Yeh-Shen: A Cinderella Story.” I remember seeing the animated version on CBS Storybreak… years ago. And now I feel old for telling you all that… Who else remembers CBS Storybreak?!
My twin sister got me a pocket moleskin for my/our Birthday yesterday. New goal is to fill at least one page everyday. Also, I started this out probably showing how truly geeky I am… Doodling the things I know the best!
